Set inside the crumbling walls of a dilapidated Victorian sanatorium, eight mysterious biblical characters reveal their secret stories to the visiting camera. Each of them has had an encounter with Jesus of Nazareth - an experience that left an indelible mark. They touched the light and then lingered in the shadows. They were offered freedom but made friends with their chains instead. They missed their moment and are now haunted by the memory of what was and what might have been. The inhabitants of this madhouse all struggle with the meaning of Jesus Christ for them and our world. You are invited to do the same.
