Consists of six 30 minute stories of nonviolence which can be divided for classroom showing. Stories include interviews with witnesses, survivors and unsung heroes who contributed to century-changing events.

- non-violent protests by black students in Nashville, TN in the 1960s
- Gandhi's resistance to British Colonial rule in India
- the movement against apartheid in South Africa
- Danish leaders' non-military resistance to Germany forces in the 1940s
- establishment of the "Solidarity" union in Poland
- non-violent protests by Chilean workers against militarity dictator Gen. Augusto Pinochet.
