This DVD tells a story from an new Mennonite church plant in Toronto, Lao Canadian Evangelical Mennonite Church.

Joanne who appears in this story is a typical pre-teen Canadian girl. When her family planned to visit their home country of Laos, Joanne found some disturbing pictures of Laos on the Internet. Her response sets off a chain of events beginning with collecting clothes for Laos and leading to the first steps of planting a Mennonite church in Laos.
