Documents the forced resettlement in 1953 of Innuit families from Northern Quebec to the High Arctic. Officially, the government reasoning was to have them return to their "native state". Evidence now suggests that they were caught Canada's Cold War attempt to establish sovereignty in the Arctic. The video tells the story of the lives that were nearly destroyed by their government's broken promises.
